We want our clients to feel a part of the creative journey from start to finish. We outlined every stage so you can feel at ease knowing what is expected at every stage and be apart of our team. There is no client vs designers here.

Objectives

The first stage in our design process is to find out what your objectives are. What is required for your brand identity or website. Do you want to generate leads, sell products, or perhaps just inform? It’s vital to have a startegy in place for your website and brand.

Research

Once we know your goals for your brand or website we need to know your current situation. We begin with a competetor analysis, this always highlights issues. Website Prototype – Design Stage

We will create a prototype of your website to study the effectiveness of your website and make fast, iterative decisions that will guarantee maximum usability of the fully developed website.

Brand Identity – Design Stage

From our findings, we will visualise your brand’s personality through beautiful graphics, imagery and language. We will work collaboratively to create the most truthful representations of your business. You will be presented with a minimum of three possibilities before arriving at the final Identity System.

Website Build – Build Stage

Once you are happy and signed off the prototyping and design stage, we will begin to build your website. This stage can take up to two weeks minimum depending on its complexity and your project requirements.

Please note we can not make changes to the website layout or navigation systems once the build stage has begun. This does not include changes to text and images.

Testing

At this stage, we will test your website before we launch to make sure everything is working properly. This could be URL links, contact forms etc…

SEO – Setup

During the research phase, we will have already conducted a keyword analysis, we will make sure all your pages meta tags are set up and your copy includes the relevant keywords so when your potential customers are using the search engine they will be able to find your business with ease.

We will set up your google analytics account so you can keep track of your website traffic, google analytics allows you to see where your customers are visiting from, how long they spent on your website and what pages they visited.

CMS Training

As part of the sign off process, you will have access to our CMS training resources. One on one training is available or included depending on the package you opt in for.

Our Training covers all the basics from how to login to your website to adding new posts/pages and uploading new content such as images, videos etc… For more information about our training click here.

If One on One training was not included in your website package you can always request it for an additional cost.
